You can make a transfer from anywhere in the UK using the on-line banking, or through any branch of Barclays bank in your city. You can also visit our office, which is located in the eastern side of London near Stratford.
In order to make a transfer, you must first
register.
To register you must provide:
- Your full name
- Your address in the UK including post code
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Recipient full name
- Country and city
Documents needed when transferring money:
- If you send to the amount of up to £900 and as a one-off transfer, then the identification is not necessary
- If the amount is £900 but not exceeding £5,000 and as a one-off transfer, you need only to provide proof of identity (passport)
- If the amount is £5,000 but does not exceed £10,000 and as a one-off transfer, you must to provide proof of identity (passport), proof of address (utility bill) or bank statement (no older than 3 months)
- If the amount is over £10,000 and as a one-off transfer, you must provide proof of identity (passport) and the following three documents: 1) proof of address (utility bill), 2) the bank statement (no older than 3 months) 3) source of income
If
you are planning to use money transfer services of ASE Global
Transfers repeatedly, then you will need to provide during registering the
following documents: a) proof of identity 2) proof of address
(utility bill, bank statement, a letter from HMRC, council tax)

If you live outside of London and you are not able to come to our office – you may use the service to transfer money through any branch of Barclays Bank or use your on-line banking (you do not have to have a Barclays bank account)
In order to do this:

Call us first to find out the exact amount of the transfer

Visit your nearest branch of Barclays Bank and put the required amount to our account (Please be make sure in the line 'Paid in by' to include your full name)
or you may transfer money using your online banking

3. Call us on : 02075805412 / 02085344590, and the operator will verify the amount received and after you will get a unique Money Transfer Number
4. Payment will be ready to pay out within 10 minutes
